The Experience

Spend the evening learning the art and science of a balanced cocktail from the mixologist who curated our bar program — then put it to work. You'll build an original drink of your own, in teams, from a spread of premium spirits, fresh juice, herbs, bitters, and garnishes, with our team pouring alongside you the whole way.

Then the friendly part gets competitive: your creations go in front of Brian to be judged on the night. Everyone walks out having made something they didn't know they could.
