A few things to know
Your points.
Your call.
Where can I check my balance?
Enter your phone number at the front-desk kiosk. You'll see your current points and the rewards you can redeem. Prefer to save? Keep your points for another visit.
How do I use my $50 reward online?
Book through your personal reward link. Opening the link spends nothing; completing the reservation uses 350 points from the account that earned it.
Your balance is checked when you book. If it's below 350, you'll see your current points and can book without the reward. You can also redeem in-store at the kiosk.
When will I get a reward text?
If you receive our marketing texts, a qualifying kiosk visit with at least 350 points can trigger your personal booking link the following day, between 11am and 5pm Central. You'll get a notice for the reward, not a text for every point level.
No marketing texts? You can still earn points and redeem at the kiosk.
Does booking online earn points?
Your kiosk check-in earns the points. Even if you've booked online, check in at the kiosk when you arrive. You can earn 50 points once per check-in day.
Do my points expire?
Your points stay active as long as you visit at least once every 24 months.
What about an offer I already received?
Follow the terms and expiration date on that offer. Changes to the rewards list don't replace the terms of a valid gift you've already received.
