Bolingbrook has the income to support a real bar program — and the corporate density along Boughton and Remington to fill a suite. What it doesn't have, inside the village, is a craft cocktail program. "Premium night out" in Bolingbrook today means a chain at the Promenade, ten miles west to downtown Naperville, or twenty-eight up I-55 into the city.
