Best of Will County 2025

Voted Best Bowling Alley in Will County by Herald-News readers. The team in the clip is who you'd be on shift with.

What It's Like

Bar staff work a program designed by America's Top Mixologist (Food Network). Kitchen runs real plates, not bowling-alley food. Front-of-house manages the 28-tap self-serve wall, 17 traditional lanes, and the 6-lane VIP suite. Whatever side of the operation you're on, you're working in a place that hires for craft, not just shifts, and trains accordingly.

Weekends are the real shifts. Friday and Saturday from 7pm onward is when the room peaks and the team carries the night together — that's also when tips and hours are at their best. Mid-week runs lighter, solid for picking up extra hours, training new hires, or staff who prefer the quieter pace before close.

Twisted Pin is in Plainfield, IL. Most of the team commutes from Naperville, Bolingbrook, Joliet, Romeoville, Shorewood, or Oswego. The application stays open year-round across all positions; the form below routes the rest.

How to Apply

Fill out the application below — we keep it open year-round across bar, kitchen, lanes, arcade, and front-of-house. Weekend availability is a real plus; Friday and Saturday are when the room comes alive.
