Holiday Parties

Holiday parties they actually remember.

The 6-lane VIP suite. Catering through the kitchen. Cocktails curated by Brian Van Flandern. December books fast — reach out by October.

The Room

Six lanes. Eighty people. Yours.

(or up to 200 for full-venue buyouts)

The 6-lane VIP suite sits behind a wall, set apart from the traditional lanes — semi-private, yours for the night when you book it. LED video wall for the year-in-review reel, the company photo carousel, or the playoff game once the toasts are done.

Couch seating wraps the lanes for the people who'd rather watch than throw. The whole thing is yours from setup to last call — no shared room, no overlapping reservation.

The Food & Bar

Catering through the kitchen. Cocktails worth the night.

In-house catering through the kitchen — buffet, plated, or family-style. Holiday menu pairings on request. Vegetarian, gluten-free, and dietary accommodations on request — December tables run mixed.

The 28-tap self-serve beer & wine wall sits next door. The cocktail bar runs the program curated by Brian Van Flandern, America's Top Mixologist — same drinks, same execution as the rest of the venue, including the seasonal rotation.

Run a tab, hand out drink tickets, or set a per-head cap — pick the billing model that fits the budget. The kitchen handles custom catering through the night.

Questions

Holiday party FAQs.

How far in advance should we book a holiday party?

December Fridays and Saturdays go first — reach out by October for a real choice of dates. Weeknights and early-December dates stay open longer, and January “we finally got the team together” parties are a real move when December fills.

How many people can you host?

Up to 80 in the 6-lane VIP suite. Past that, full-venue buyouts take up to 200. Smaller crew? Reserved lanes and a table work without the suite.

What does a holiday party cost?

Quotes are built per group — headcount, menu, bar model. Send the inquiry and you'll have a real number fast, not a brochure.

Can you handle catering and dietary needs?

In-house, through the kitchen — buffet, plated, or family-style. Vegetarian, gluten-free, and accommodations on request; December tables run mixed and we plan for it.

How does the bar work for a company party?

Run a tab, hand out drink tickets, or set a per-head cap. The 28-tap self-serve beer & wine wall sits next door, and the cocktail program is curated by Brian Van Flandern, America's Top Mixologist.

Is the suite actually ours for the night?

Semi-private and set apart from the traditional lanes — yours from setup to last call, with the LED video wall for the year-in-review reel. No shared room, no overlapping reservation.
