Twisted Pin ("Twisted Pin," "we," "us," "our") is a brand operated by Dow Holdings Inc, an Illinois corporation. We offer an opt-in SMS service that lets callers receive a single informational text message after speaking with our AI receptionist. This page documents the service, your consent options, and how to opt out at any time.

1. Service description

When a caller asks our AI receptionist to text them business information — such as pricing, hours, directions, or location — we send a single transactional SMS containing a link to the requested information on twistedpin.com.

2. Message frequency

One message per call request. Most callers receive zero or one messages per interaction. No recurring messages, promotional broadcasts, or unsolicited follow-ups.

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier.

4. Verbal consent script

Our AI receptionist captures explicit verbal consent before sending any SMS. The full script:

"As part of our service we can send you a single text message with the [pricing / hours / directions] you asked about. We'll send one informational message. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier. You can reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out at any time. Our Terms of Service are at twistedpin.com/terms and our Privacy Policy at twistedpin.com/privacy. Please reply with 'yes' or 'no' to confirm you'd like to receive this text."

If the caller verbally affirms, the agent confirms enrollment ("Great — sending it now") and the SMS is sent. If the caller declines, no message is sent and no further attempt is made during the call.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time.

Opt-out requests are honored immediately. No further messages are sent to opted-out numbers.

All calls to our business line are recorded. The verbal consent moment is logged with date, timestamp, and caller phone number. Recordings serve as proof of consent and are retained per our Privacy Policy data retention schedule.
