Twisted Pin runs three menus side by side: a craft cocktail program curated by Brian Van Flandern (named America's Top Mixologist by Food Network), a 28-tap self-serve beer & wine wall — the only one in the immediate Plainfield area — and a real kitchen of plates built to pair with the bar. The bar and kitchen menus update with the seasons; tap-wall lineup rotates more often. All three pages sync from the live POS overnight, so what you see is what's pouring.
