Twisted Pin ("Twisted Pin," "we," "us," "our") is a brand operated by Dow Holdings Inc, an Illinois corporation. This page documents our opt-in marketing and loyalty SMS program — the messages we send to customers who have explicitly subscribed to receive promotional offers, event announcements, and loyalty rewards. 1. Program description
The Twisted Pin Marketing SMS Program delivers periodic promotional text messages to customers who have opted in. Messages may include:
- Promotional offers and discounts
- Event announcements (holidays, themed nights, special programming)
- Loyalty program notifications, including Insider tier perks
- Birthday and anniversary rewards
- Seasonal campaigns and venue news
2. How to opt in
You may opt in to the marketing SMS program in any of the following ways:
(a) Website signup form. By submitting your phone number through a signup form at twistedpin.com (such as twistedpin.com/signup) and checking the consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive recurring promotional text messages from Twisted Pin. The consent language displayed on the form reads, in substance:
By providing your phone number and checking this box, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional text messages from Twisted Pin at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
(b) SMS keyword opt-in. By texting an opt-in keyword (such as BOWL or KIDS) to our marketing number, you consent to receive recurring promotional text messages from Twisted Pin. We send a confirmation message restating the program terms after a keyword opt-in.
(c) In-venue enrollment. By signing up at our in-venue kiosk and providing explicit consent, you opt in to the program. Consent is captured with timestamp and source.
(d) Existing subscribers. Customers who previously opted in to Twisted Pin SMS marketing through our prior SMS provider remain subscribed under these terms. Consent records from that platform are preserved. Anyone wishing to opt out can do so at any time per Section 5 below.
In all cases, you confirm that you are the account holder of the mobile number provided, or have the account holder's permission to enroll.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the season and campaigns we are running, but typically does not exceed eight (8) messages per month. Active subscribers may receive fewer; during quieter months you may receive one or none. We do not exceed eight per month under normal operations.
4. Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier. These charges are billed by your carrier, not by Twisted Pin.
5. Help and opt-out
- Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Other accepted opt-out keywords: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.
Opt-out requests are honored immediately. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further marketing messages will be sent to your number. To re-enroll after opting out, submit a new signup form, text an opt-in keyword, or enroll at our in-venue kiosk.

For illustration, sample messages from this program may read:
- "Twisted Pin: Tomorrow's Tuesday night — $2 games + $1 shoes, 6-10pm. Walk in or reserve: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out."
- "Twisted Pin: Moms bowl FREE this Sunday at Twisted Pin. Bring the family, treat mom. Book here: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out."
- "Twisted Pin: Christopher, you've earned $10 off your next visit. Show this msg at the counter or redeem: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out."
- "Twisted Pin: NYE Bowling Bash is live — glow lanes, DJ, midnight champagne. Reserve before we sell out: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out."
7. Privacy and data sharing
Your phone number and personal information collected for this program are used solely to deliver the program and improve our marketing communications to you. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support delivery of the program (such as SMS delivery platforms and customer service vendors) is permitted solely to deliver the services you have requested. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Eligibility
This SMS program is available to customers with a valid mobile phone number in the United States. By opting in, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and are the account holder of the mobile number provided, or have authorization from the account holder to enroll.
10. Changes to the program
Twisted Pin reserves the right to modify this program and these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted at twistedpin.com/sms-marketing/. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
